Dr Mittal provided an implant to replace a failed molar tooth. He carried out the first stage of the procedure with intravenous sedation which made the surgery very comfortable. Sedation is a wonderful technique for those patients who are nervous about any treatment they may need but cannot face because of anxiety.
Immediately after the implant was fitted I was a bit cautious when eating on that side. The implant has been in place for over three years and I now favour the implant as it is probably stronger than the restored tooth on the opposite side of my mouth.
